No need to request for deactivation of rcomnet 99 plan. Call CC and tell them to deact the plan.
You will say that 99 is postpaid plan.
but its in prepaid as well.

Now, if we do the activation and deactivation again and again then the CC guys
might become suspicious. For that we have to do two things.
1) Tell them to deact.
2) you’ll get a msg instantly that the plan is deactivated.
3) Recharge in the next 5 mins and again call CC that the plan has not been deactivated by them.
4) Repeat steps 2) and 3) till you get sufficient GB’s (Don’t be too greedy, 10 GB is enough for everyone)
5) If you are still not satisfied then buy 4-5 Rel GSM sim cards. In mumbai they give out sim cards for free.
6) If even that is not enough, then use rcomwap/mms
